This site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service inquiries. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose, to scrape content for commercial use, or to interfere with its operation.

Content on this site is owned by Inferzo. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

Service engagements

The free written plan we provide in response to a contact form submission is a preliminary proposal, not a binding contract. Actual engagements are governed by a separate agreement signed by both parties before work begins.

Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either party to proceed with an engagement.

Intellectual property

Work product created during a paid engagement is assigned to the client upon full payment, as specified in the engagement agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Inferzo remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Inferzo is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information contained in it.

Liability for any service engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement, as further specified in the engagement agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from service engagements shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
